Idalina C. Monges Trigo has extensive experience in project management and customer experience, currently serving as Project Manager and Jefe de Proyectos y Procesos at Personal Paraguay since March 2015. In this role, Idalina conducts analysis of customer perceptions across various contact channels, utilizing feedback to enhance understanding of client needs and preferences, ultimately aiming to improve customer experiences. Previously, Idalina worked as Supervisor of Commercial Offices and Caps at Personal Paraguay from 2009 to June 2011, overseeing customer service, sales management, and performance indicators. Idalina holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Catolica Nuestra Señora de la Asunción, completed in 2001.
