Josh Roberts-Jones has a solid background in finance and accounting, with experience at KPMG UK as an Audit Assistant from September 2013 to April 2017. Following that, they worked at bpha as a Financial Accountant from April 2017 to August 2018. Currently, Josh holds various roles at Personal Group, starting as a Finance Manager in August 2018, then progressing to Financial Controller in September 2020, and finally appointed as Head of Finance in September 2023.

Josh Roberts-Jones obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with French from Royal Holloway, University of London in 2013. Josh also holds additional certification as an ACA from the ICAEW.
