Stephanie Elias is the founder of Personal Fav Co., dedicated to transforming the narrative around sexual wellness with clean and elevated products since January 2018. In addition to this role, Stephanie has operated as a self-employed event and brand consultant since September 2014, enhancing hospitality and logistics for large-scale events while partnering with various well-known brands. Previous positions include operations analyst at Iris Nova, sales associate at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., and artist relations specialist at Get Lost, showcasing a strong background in artist liaison and management. With a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Miami and certification as a holistic health coach, Stephanie brings a diverse skill set to the intersection of wellness and brand strategy. Additionally, Stephanie is recognized as a 2024 Tory Burch Fellow.
