From 2018 to present, Colleen worked as the Chief Compliance and Information Officer and Privacy Officer at Person Centered Services Care Coordination Organization, LLC. In this role, they oversaw a large care coordination organization health home and supervised a team responsible for external audits, surveys, quality assurance incident investigations, and compliance and HIPAA investigations. Colleen also managed the department responsible for the electronic medical record software and related data.
