Osman Alnaal is the current Vice President of Customer Success at Persivia Inc. Osman previously worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager/Business Development at eClinicalWorks where Osman managed client relationships with top US Health Plans and smaller National/Regional Health Plans. Prior to that, Osman worked as an EMR Software Implementation Manager, traveling to client locations to lead the implementation process. Osman also has experience as a Certified Lead Pharmacy Technician/Intern at CVS Pharmacy, as a Student Volunteer at UMass Memorial Medical Center, and as an Assistant Manager at Dunkin Donuts. Osman holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry with a Minor in Public Health and Pharmacology from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
