Alex Tsantilis is a Senior Embedded Software Engineer at Persistent Systems, LLC, since October 2020, with a rich background in software engineering and quality assurance across various industries. Prior to this role, Alex worked as an Embedded Software Engineer at TransAct® Technologies, where responsibilities included designing and executing firmware qualifications and performing code reviews. Experience also includes a role as a Software and Systems Quality Engineer at TransAct, along with positions at Bionic Eye Technologies, where Alex developed firmware and clinical-use software for embedded systems, and at BAE Systems, where tool development for commercial flight components was undertaken. Alex holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Computer Engineering from Binghamton University, awarded in May 2017.
