Peter Bartolino serves as the Chief Legal Officer, Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Persefoni since October 2021. Prior to this role, Peter held various legal positions including Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at AECOM from July 2020 to October 2021, and General Counsel at Proof Analytics from February 2019 to July 2020. Additional experience includes serving as Deputy General Counsel at Callaway Golf and Chief Corporate Counsel and Corporate Secretary at First Solar. Peter began a legal career at Dechert LLP in New York City, where Peter was a Senior Associate focusing on securities, venture capital, private equity, and corporate governance, and started as an Associate at White & Case LLP. Peter holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and an A.B. from Princeton University.
