Kristina Wyatt is a legal and sustainability expert currently serving as Deputy General Counsel and Chief Sustainability Officer at Persefoni since February 2022, also holding the position of Deputy GC and Senior Vice President for Global Regulatory Climate Disclosure. Prior to this, Kristina held the role of Senior Counsel for Climate and ESG at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from February 2021 to February 2022. Kristina's experience at Latham & Watkins spanned over a decade, from October 2010 to February 2021, where roles included Director of Sustainability and Senior Manager of Sustainability Programs, along with Senior Counsel for Global Commercial Transactions. Kristina previously served as Counsel to Commissioner Campos at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from February 1998 to February 2006. Educational credentials include an MBA in Sustainability from Yale School of Management (2017-2020), a JD in Environmental Law from the University of Colorado Law School (1988-1991), and a BA in Philosophy from Duke University (1984-1987).
