Anissa Vasquez currently serves as the Sustainability Director at Persefoni since April 2022, following a role as Manager of Global ESG Policy. Prior experience includes working at Latham & Watkins from August 2019 to April 2022, where Anissa held positions as Sustainability Program Senior Coordinator and Sustainability Program Coordinator. Additionally, Anissa was a Project Manager for Zero Waste Initiatives at Smorgasburg for a brief period in 2019 and an Outreach & Advocacy Intern at the Hearing Health Foundation in 2018. Early career experience also includes project coordination at Jennifer Temps, Inc., and fundraising organization at the New York Public Interest Research Group (NYPIRG). Anissa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environment, Sustainability, & Policy with a focus in Geography from Syracuse University, completed in 2019.
