Ricardo Salcido has a diverse range of work experience in various leadership positions. Ricardo started their career in 1983 as a Process Engineer at Ensambladores Electronicos de Mexico, S.A, a subsidiary of Hughes Aircraft Co. Ricardo then moved on to Fotovolta de Mexico in 1985, where they served as a Production Manager, providing technical support and developing process documentation for electronic assembly and circuit production lines. In 1986, they joined Fabricaciones Metalicas Mexicanas, S.A as an Operations Director, responsible for the subsidiary of American Exhaust Ind. Division of Mr. Gasket Co. At NASSCO, they served as the General Manager Mexico from 1991 to 2001, overseeing manufacturing, marketing, and new product development. In 1996, Salcido became the President and Founder of Prorec Garbage Company, a role they held until 2006. From 2000 to 2001, they worked as the General Manager at WALMEX S.A de C.V, responsible for overall management and production at the company. In 2001, Salcido joined Persal Manufacturing Solutions as the Vice President of Business Strategy. Finally, in 2006, they became the President and Founder of Siscor, a recycling company, a position they held until 2013.
Ricardo Salcido attended CETYS Universidad from 1979 to 1983, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, focusing on Production.
