Maria Papada is an experienced professional in information security and quality assurance, currently serving as the Head of Information Security at Persado since November 2015. Maria has held various roles within Persado, including Head of QA and Information Security, and Quality & Information Security Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Business & Quality Consultant at The Franchise Co. and as a Freelance Quality Consultant at Quality Assurance Services Ltd. Maria also contributed significantly to OPAP S.A. as a Senior Quality Consultant, focusing on developing Integrated Management Systems per multiple ISO standards. Maria began the career in customer support at the National Bank of Greece and briefly worked as a Call Center Agent at Piraeus Direct Services. Educationally, Maria is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the Hellenic Open University, and holds an MBA in Total Quality Management from the University of Piraeus, in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Athens University of Economics and Business.
