Jorge Tello Aliaga has extensive experience in UI/UX design and management, currently serving as President of Pers Corporation since March 2003, where consulting services include significant projects for ON24 and development services for major global companies such as Autodesk and Microsoft. Previously, during a leadership role as Lead UI/UX Designer at Cisco from May 2013 to May 2024, Jorge managed a team of designers focused on web and mobile applications. Jorge also contributed as a Senior UI Consultant at Oracle, enhancing cloud service interfaces, and held key positions at Adobe Systems, Claris Corp, and Apple Computer, Inc., where leadership encompassed visual direction, user engagement, and design integration for diverse digital platforms. Educational background includes studies at De Anza College and Universidad Catolica, complemented by professional training at Adobe Systems.
