Donna Himes currently serves as the Reassessment Center Office Manager at the Blair County Assessment Office, where responsibilities include assisting the public in scheduling informal reviews and formal appeals for the reassessment project. Donna also aids property owners in preparing for formal appeals by locating comparable properties and providing information on Clean and Green programs. Additionally, Donna holds a position as a Licensed Realtor at Perry Wellington Realty since September 2015. Prior experience includes work as an Assistant, conducting field checks on new construction and performing quality control on data related to the reassessment project. Donna's educational background includes attending Advance Academy in 2015 and studying at Penn State Altoona.
