Rachel Hogan has worked for six different companies, beginning with the U.S. House of Representatives in 2012, where they were an Intern. Rachel then moved on to the Democratic Progress Institute in 2013, again as an Intern. In 2014, they became a Foreign Policy Communications Intern at The Brookings Institution. In 2015, they were an Intern at the Embassy of Ireland. In 2017, they were a Social Media Intern at Russia Beyond The Headlines. Finally, in 2018, they started working at Perrett Laver, first as a Consultant in the Sports Practice, then as a Principal Researcher, Senior Research Associate, and Research Associate.
Rachel Hogan has a strong educational background in International Relations and Affairs. Rachel obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from American University between 2011 and 2014. Rachel then took a Year Abroad at King's College London from 2013 to 2014. Following that, they spent a semester studying Russian Language at Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia in 2013. Finally, they completed a Master of Science (MSc) in International Relations and Affairs at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2015 to 2016.
