Margaret D. has a wealth of work experience in the research field. In 2021, they began their role as a Research Trainee for the City of Toronto's Employment and Social Services. Margaret also began a Design Thinking Project role with the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Toronto. In 2022, they took on a Research Intern role with the Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario (HEQCO) and a Research Associate role with Perrett Laver. In 2019, they began their role as a Policy Research Associate with the University of Toronto Students' Union. Margaret also began their role as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Toronto in 2017. Currently, they are a Graduate Researcher for three research projects at the University of Toronto.
Margaret D. began their educational career at the University of Toronto - University of Trinity College, where they earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts (HBA) in Political Science & Public Policy with a French Minor in 2021. Margaret then continued their studies at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto, where they are currently pursuing a Master of Arts (MA) in Higher Education & Educational Policy.
