Liudongqing Yang has diverse work experience in various research and teaching roles. In 2014, they worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at Nanyang Technological University. In 2018, they served as a Teaching Assistant at Nanyang Technological University Singapore. From 2021 to 2022, Liudongqing worked as a Research Assistant at the Earth Observatory of Singapore. Currently, they are a Research Associate at Perrett Laver since 2022.
Liudongqing Yang completed their education with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Atmospheric Chemistry and Climatology from Nanyang Technological University Singapore. Liudongqing pursued this degree from 2016 to 2022. Prior to their PhD, Liudongqing Yang obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)(Hons) in Chemistry and Biochemistry from the same university, which they completed from 2012 to 2016. Before entering university, they completed their high school education at Temasek Junior College, specializing in Science, from 2010 to 2012.
Additionally, Liudongqing Yang has obtained several certifications. In April 2022, they completed an online course on Impact Measurement & Management for the SDGs from Duke University through Coursera. Liudongqing also completed a course on Project Management: The Basics for Success from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education via Coursera in the same month and year. Furthermore, Liudongqing Yang completed a course titled Understanding and Visualizing Data with Python from the University of Michigan through Coursera in April 2022.
