Scott Hill began their career in 1998 as Regional Advertising Director for CNHI. In 2001, they co-founded PERQ, an engagement technology company, and assumed the role of Executive Chairman. In this role, they are responsible for setting the vision for PERQ/FATWIN and acquiring the resources to turn the vision into a reality.

Scott Hill attended Hanover College from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a BA in Communications. Scott then attended Harvard Business School from 2007 to 2012, where they completed the Owner/President Program 2012. In 2013, they obtained a Pragmatic Marketing-Product Management certification from Pragmatic Marketing.
