Russ Richeson has extensive work experience in the field of software development and management. Russ started their career in 1990 at NBD Summit Bank as an Electronic Banking Coordinator. Later, they worked at Babbage's, Inc. as an Assistant Manager and then as a Manager from 1993 to 1996. In 1996, they joined McVan's, Inc. as a Store Manager and later became an Information Systems Manager/Programmer from 1997 to 1999.
In 1999, Russ joined Dominion Dealer Solutions as an Application Programmer, where they played a crucial role in transitioning Autobase software from a DOS platform to a Windows platform. Russ also created utility programs and digital versions of dealers' forms. From 2004 to 2018, Russ served as a Senior Software Developer and Team Lead, responsible for adding new functionality and resolving technical and application issues on an industry-leading enterprise CRM software used by auto dealerships. Since 2019, Russ is currently working as a QA Engineer at PERQ.
Russ Richeson received their Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degree in Computer Science from Purdue University Fort Wayne in 1991. Russ then pursued a Bachelor's degree in General Studies with a Concentration in Computer Science from the same university between 1991 and 1994. Prior to their time at Purdue University Fort Wayne, Russ attended Grace College & Seminary from 1988 to 1989, although no degree or specific field of study information was provided for this institution.
