Jeanne Coleongco is a Senior Specialist Software Engineer at Flywheel since August 2024, with concurrent experience as a Software Engineer at Perpetua since September 2021. Previously, Jeanne served as a Software Engineer Intern and a Research Assistant at the University of Alberta, where contributions included natural language processing projects and bioinformatics applications, alongside a published scientific paper. Additionally, Jeanne worked as a Science News Journalist for The Gateway at the University of Alberta, focusing on ethical reporting in science. Early experiences included developing educational modules for the Alberta high school curriculum and creating interactive tutorials on JavaScript for virtual reality, both while interning at the University of Alberta. Jeanne holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Computer Science from the University of Alberta.
