Mariana Aguirre has extensive experience in various roles related to health, nutrition, and business management. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store dedicated to organic body care and environmental products. Additionally, Mariana has been working as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro and serving as a Nutritionist at a private clinic. Mariana also contributed as a university instructor at a vocational training school, teaching courses on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food.
