Gokcen Karaca has extensive experience in digital and design management, currently serving as the Head of Digital & Design at Pernod Ricard since June 2019. Prior to this role, Gokcen worked as a Digital Consultant for Chivas Brothers from January 2014 and held positions such as Senior Project Manager at Tribal Worldwide (October 2010 - December 2013) and Project Manager at MMT Digital (October 2008 - October 2010). Gokcen's early career included roles as Account Manager / Project Manager at Euro Message (August 2006 - October 2008) and internships at HSBC Turkey Headquarters and AIG Headquarters Turkey. Gokcen's educational background includes studies at Yeditepe University (2003 - 2006) and the New York Institute of Technology (2000 - 2002).
