Dan Debrah has a strong background in research and development and has held various leadership roles in companies such as Permobil, Hillrom, and Terumo Heart. Dan currently serves as the Vice President of Research and Development at Permobil since March 2021. Previously, at Hillrom, they held the position of Executive Director of Research and Development from October 2019 to March 2021. Dan also served as the Director of Operations Engineering from May 2016 to October 2019 and as the Director of QA/RA and Global Supplier Quality from May 2013 to May 2016. Prior to their time at Hillrom, Dan worked at Terumo Heart as a Product Complaint Investigation Manager from November 2009 to May 2013 and as a Field Clinical Engineer from June 2008 to November 2009.

Dan Debrah completed their Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from the University of Pittsburgh between the years 2000 and 2004. Later, they pursued their Ph.D. in Bioengineering from the same university and successfully obtained the degree between the years 2004 and 2008.
