Khoa Le has extensive experience in client and customer service roles, currently serving as a Customer Service Manager at Permitium and a Client Services Manager at Scribbles Software since January 2017. Responsibilities include keeping teams and clients informed of development releases, providing product support, troubleshooting issues, and onboarding new users. Prior to these positions, Khoa worked as a Singularity Analyst at Hyland Software from September 2010 to September 2015 and previously at Hershey Systems before its acquisition by Hyland. Khoa's expertise includes software support and troubleshooting in the Higher Education market. Khoa began the career in IT at Iowa Dnr in 2005 after earning a degree in Management Information Systems from Iowa State University-Ivy College of Business in 2005.
