Clara Benz currently serves as an Associate in Global Talent at Permira since April 2022, focusing on both Permira and Permira Credit. Prior to this role, Clara worked at Russell Reynolds Associates from June 2019 to April 2022 as a Research Associate and previously as a Research Analyst, contributing to the Financial Services and Private Equity practice group. Clara Benz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Digital Business Management, having studied at HMKW University of Applied Sciences for Media, Communication and Management and the University of Toronto, with additional coursework completed at UCLA.
