Gayathri Maineni started their work experience in 2013 as a .Net Developer at Value labs. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as an RPA Developer at GE Digital. In 2018, they joined Fujitsu Americas as an RPA Developer before moving to Noble Energy later that year, where they continued their role as an RPA Developer until 2022. Currently, Gayathri is employed as a Lead RPA Developer at ChampionX.

Gayathri Maineni earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada from 2009 to 2013. Following that, Gayathri pursued a Master's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance at Wilmington University from 2015 to 2016.
