Brian McGuire is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and credit risk management. Currently serving as the Head of People Operations at Permanent TSB since March 2008, Brian is instrumental in developing the bank's HR function and overseeing Reward strategies and People Risk governance. Prior roles include Head of HR Governance and Reward and Chief of Staff in the CEO's office, showcasing a strong collaboration with executive leadership. Brian's background also includes senior management positions in credit policy and governance, managing credit portfolios, and a decade of experience in credit risk management at Irish Life & Permanent and Irish Permanent Building Society. Brian holds a Diploma in Professional Banking from IOB and has a robust educational foundation from University College Dublin and Saint Benildus College.
