Kewal Singh Ahuja is a seasoned legal professional with over 23 years of experience as an Additional Public Prosecutor and Advocate at the High Court of Delhi. Ahuja has extensive exposure to various legal forums, including the Apex Court of India and multiple High Courts, and has served as an Arbitrator and Mediator, handling domestic and international arbitration cases. As a Joint Secretary at the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, Ahuja has conducted numerous mediation cases and contributed to training programs. Additionally, Ahuja is a founding member of the Maadhyam Council for Conflict Resolution. Educational qualifications include multiple degrees in Law from Aligarh Muslim University, complemented by diplomas in Journalism and a Master’s in English Literature.
