Pete Garcia has a long and successful career in sales and operations. Pete began their career in 2010 as Managing Representative for Wireless Vision, LLC, where they were responsible for two retail locations and a staff of 16. Pete achieved great success, improving customer experience scores from 75% to 95%, increasing data attachment rate from 68% to 94%, and increasing add-on accessory sales to $60 per customer. Pete also created and managed a pilot program that focused on Small and Medium Business penetration, which resulted in 2,000+ new subscribers in 2011 and was adopted company-wide.

In 2015, Pete moved to The Retail Outsource as Market Manager, responsible for 20 wireless retail locations in the Greater Chicago Area. Pete drove strong sales analytics and developed action plans to hit targets, managed and reported daily sales, and identified potential areas of improvement.

In 2017, Pete joined Axcess Financial as District Director of Operations. Pete managed 13 loan offices with a focus on forecasting, budgeting, and strategic business planning. Pete achieved great success, ranking 5th in the nation in total net revenue for 2018, originating over $22 million in 2019, and decreasing outstanding balances by over $30,000. Pete also successfully rolled out a new loan product with over $500,000 in net revenue within 6 months of launch.

Currently, Pete is Sales Manager at Perma-Seal Basement Systems.

Pete Garcia attended Purdue University Northwest from 1994 to 1997, studying Computer Science.
