Steph Deschamps has extensive experience in recreation and care coordination within long-term care facilities, currently serving as Care Coordinator for Assisted Living Services at Perley Health since 2015. Previous roles include Director of Recreation at Revera Inc., Recreation Services Assistant for the City of Toronto, Certified Activity Aide at Extendicare, and Activity Aide at The Osgoode Care Centre. Responsibilities have encompassed planning and implementing recreational programs, managing budgets, supervising staff and volunteers, and conducting resident assessments. Educational qualifications include a Therapeutic Recreation Post Graduate Certificate from Georgian College and degrees in Recreation and Leisure Services and Developmental Services from Algonquin College.
