Stephen Hamza is an experienced marketing and analytics professional with a diverse background in operations and strategic development across various industries. Currently serving as Manager of Marketing Operations & Analytics and Manager of Loyalty and Rewards at PerkSpot since December 2021, Stephen has successfully created a loyalty program that enhances user engagement through advertiser rewards. Prior to PerkSpot, Stephen held multiple senior analyst positions at United Airlines, where responsibilities included launching promotional campaigns for the Premier Program and generating significant revenue through innovative pricing models.
