Rory Gilbert, SHRM-CP, serves as the Senior Human Resources Generalist at PerkSpot since February 2021, after previously holding the position of Human Resources Generalist. Prior to PerkSpot, Rory Gilbert was the Head of Talent Acquisition at Genesis Technologies from January 2018 to February 2021, following a role as Account Executive. Experience at Miami University includes serving as a Student Manager from May 2015 to December 2017, alongside internships in customer service and data analytics at Heinen's Grocery Store, and financial research at Gaotime in the summer of 2016. Rory Gilbert graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing in 2017.
