Natalie Tan, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Talent Manager at Perkins&Will since September 2023. Prior to this role, Natalie held several positions in HR, including Human Resources Manager at HED from October 2021 to September 2023, and Director of Culture and Talent at The Clint Reilly Organization from April 2021 to September 2021. Experience also includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist at Harley Ellis Devereaux, managing HR functions for the Bay Area and San Diego regions, and as Human Resources Manager at Metwest Terra Hospitality, overseeing recruitment for hotel and restaurant staff.
