Ann Phelan is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in educational and developmental services. Currently serving as the Manager of Resources and Engagement at Perkins School for the Blind since October 2023, Ann has also held roles as a Mindfulness Teacher at Mindfulness Training Online and as a Human Rights Officer for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since December 2021. Previous positions include Transition Specialist and School Counselor at Riverview School, where Ann contributed to the development of students with complex needs. Ann is a Board Member for FORWARD Inc., supporting housing opportunities for individuals with Autism, and has a background in writing and business ownership in the travel industry. Ann holds a Certificate in Transition Endorsement from Bridgewater State University and advanced degrees in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from Assumption University.
