Kate Snell is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a robust background in recruitment and talent management across various international markets. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at PerkinElmer since September 2012, Kate oversees talent management for the UK & Ireland, South Africa, Spain, Turkey, Israel, and other emerging markets. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Manager at Abbott Laboratories, Recruitment Manager at DX Group, and Senior Consultant - Resourcing at SITA, among others. Kate's career began in 1993 as a Recruitment Consultant at Martin Ward Anderson, specializing in the placement of accountants. Kate holds a BA in Spanish & Latin American History & Literature from King's College London.
