S. H. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They started their career in 2000 as Co-VP of Corporate Sales and Service at AIESEC and held this position until 2002. They then joined Heritage Web in 2007 as Sales Program Director, where they worked until 2009. In 2010, S. H. moved to SecurityMetrics as Compliance Sales and stayed there for a year. Finally, they joined Periscope in 2013 as an Account Sales Manager, where they are currently employed.

S. H. has a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from SJSU. In 2004, they briefly attended the Sasin School of Management for a Masters Program at Chulalongkorn University, although no degree was specified.
