Rheza Dio Pratama has a diverse work experience starting from their early years at KFC Indonesia, where they were a stock controller. Rheza then moved on to work as a Bancassurance Specialist at BNI Life before joining Uber as a Greenlight Expert I and later as a City Operations team member. At Ritase.com, Rheza held multiple roles, including Quality & Knowledge Assurance, Service Excellence Manager, and Senior Product Manager. Currently, Rheza is the VP of Product Marketing at Peris.ai, a cybersecurity company, where they lead the go-to-market efforts for innovative cybersecurity solutions.

Rheza Dio Pratama holds a Bachelor's degree in Information System from STMIK Indonesia, which they obtained in the year 2016. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Business Intelligence from the Association of Purchasing and Supply in 2015, and in HTML5 Application Development Fundamentals from Microsoft in the same year.
