Daniel Shapiro currently serves as the Vice President of Global Tax at GSCF, a position held since May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Tax & Compliance and Director of Tax at SThree from July 2019 to April 2023, as well as various tax-related positions at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas from June 2016 to June 2019, including Director of Tax, Senior Tax Manager, and Tax Manager. Daniel's career began at Las Vegas Sands Corp. as a Senior Tax Analyst from July 2014 to June 2016, preceded by a role as a Staff Tax Accountant at EY from July 2013 to June 2014. Daniel holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, earned in 2013, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same university, completed in 2007.
