Sébastien GAYAT is an experienced IT and digital strategy leader currently serving as the Directeur de la Stratégie Digitale et IT / Chief Information Officer at PERIAL AM since September 2021. In this role, Sébastien is a member of the Executive Committee, overseeing the Projects and Information Systems departments and driving the digital transformation of the company. Prior to PERIAL, Sébastien held several key positions at EssilorLuxottica, including Head of IT for the Online Division and ISO, where responsibilities included leading IT initiatives and establishing cybersecurity measures across multiple global business units. Sébastien's career at Essilor spanned from September 2002 to December 2017, encompassing roles such as Director of the MyOnlineOptical Business Unit and managing various IT domains and transformation projects. Sébastien's academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Information Systems Management from Université Paris-Est Créteil, along with program completions at Université Paris Dauphine and ESSEC Business School.
