Dalton Lemert began their career in 2012 as the Co-Founder and Marketing Director for Explore Kindness Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization that aims to make the world a better place. In 2016, they moved to Vertical Networks as a Video Producer. Two years later, in 2018, they joined Pathfinders Advertising as an Account Executive, working on accounts such as PayPal, PNC, Fifth Third Bank, and Amway. In 2019, they became a Sales Representative for CharacterStrong. In 2020, they joined Granicus, Inc. as an Account Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they became an Account Executive for PerformYard.

Dalton Lemert attended Purdue University Krannert School of Management from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship.
