Nicole Makell-Healthington is an experienced compliance professional currently serving as a Compliance Specialist at PerformRx since April 2023. Prior to this role, Nicole held various positions at Avēsis Incorporated, including Compliance Supervisor, Compliance Associate, Provider Relations Representative, and Outreach Coordinator from December 2014 to October 2022. Earlier experience includes working as a PRP Counselor at Goodwill Industries and as a PRP at Empowering Minds Resource Center. Additionally, Nicole served as an Accounting Clerk II at Morgan State University for over 14 years. Nicole holds two Master's degrees in Human Services and Healthcare Administration from The University of Arizona Global Campus, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Morgan State University.
