Michelle Pacheco is an experienced Patron Services Manager at Performing Arts Houston since October 2021, with a strong background in customer service and project coordination. Currently an Independent Entrepreneur at Makers of Personalized Goods, LLC, Michelle manages daily operations and customer inquiries. Previous roles include Front Of House Manager at Stages, Marketing Intern at Ker & Downey, and participant in the Disney College Program at The Walt Disney Company, which enhanced guest satisfaction. Michelle began their career as a Student Resident Advisor at Sam Houston State University, where leadership and community engagement were emphasized, and worked in various marketing and sales roles, notably with the Society for the Performing Arts.
