Liz Lockhart Lance is currently the Chief of Staff at Performica, where Liz provides unique performance management solutions for enterprises. Prior to this, Liz held various leadership roles in project management at Smarsh, focusing on growth, alignment, and change within the organization. Liz also contributed as a Writer In Residence at Black & White Zebra and as an Adjunct Instructor & Learning Lab Facilitator at the University of Portland. Liz has a Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Change and Leadership, an MBA in Strategy and Innovation Management, and a BBA in Operations and Technology Management.
