Tyler Morrow has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tyler started their career at East Tennessee State University as a Preview & Orientation Leader, where they led small groups of new students. Tyler then joined Ensley, Baker & Shade, PLLC as a Marketing & Public Relations Manager, assisting in various cases and learning about employment law. After that, Tyler worked at OneTen Technologies as a Global Technical Headhunter, responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process. Tyler later became the Recruitment Team Lead, taking on leadership responsibilities for training, mentoring, and closing placements. Tyler then moved to Perform[cb], where they held multiple roles, including Advertising Executive and Senior Advertising Executive, managing a portfolio of advertisers, attending trade shows, and prospecting new business. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Sales for Perform[cb].

Tyler Morrow completed their high school education at Sevier County High School from 2005 to 2009 and obtained a high school diploma. Tyler then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mass Communication with a focus on Public Relations at East Tennessee State University from 2009 to 2013.
