Debra Funston is a Chief of Police and President of the Colorado Association of Chiefs of Police. Debra is also a Life/ Law Enforcement Career Coach at Performance Protocol. With a Master's degree in Public Administration/Criminal Justice Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Columbia Southern University, Debra has had a successful career in law enforcement, including serving as Chief of Police at both the City of Rifle and Palisade Police Department. Additionally, Debra is an author with a publication titled "Behind A Pink Badge".
