Natalia Wiater is a Marketing Coordinator at Performance Optimal Health since May 2020, leading user acquisition across digital platforms and developing growth strategies in collaboration with the leadership team. Responsibilities include optimizing the website for user experience and conversions, managing email campaigns, and creating diverse marketing collateral. Wiater successfully drove a Google Ads campaign with an ROI of 707% and played a key role in the company’s rebranding and expansion efforts. Prior to this, Wiater held various editorial positions at The Justice, the independent student newspaper at Brandeis University, including Managing Editor and Senior Editor, where contributions enhanced social media engagement and ad revenue. Wiater also served as a Marketing and Communications Assistant at Brandeis International Business School, focusing on web design and promotional content, and participated in an internship at Brandeis University’s Women's Studies Research Center. Wiater holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Brandeis University.
