Jeff Flowers has over 20 years of experience in the consulting industry. In 2020, they founded and became the Lead Facilitator of GantryOne Consulting LLC. From 1998 to 2020, they worked as an Independent Consultant, providing executive coaching and leading workshops and business development trainings for Corporations, Schools and Non-profits. From 2006 to 2020, they were the Lead Trainer at Performance of a Lifetime, a consulting firm that uses the art and science of performance to help business leaders close the gap between the status quo and their desired future. From 1999 to 2020, they were the Artistic Director of The Possibility Project, where they were responsible for developing and producing an original musical theater production based on the lives of the cast of 100 NYC teenagers and their vision for how to create change.

Jeff Flowers obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater- Acting from UC Santa Barbara in 1996. Jeff also holds a certification in Acumen Leadership WorkStyles Assessment from Human Synergistics, which they obtained in September 2018, as well as a certification in DiSC Profile Assessment from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand, which they obtained in April 2008.
