Rick Kirchner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and test driving. Currently serving as a Test Driver at Performance Driven Workforce since November 2020, Rick has a robust background from a 30-year tenure at NAVAIR China Lake as a Senior Engineer, focusing on communications, operations, avionics, and weapons. Additionally, Rick held the position of Head of the Information Warfare Division at the Office of Naval Research Global from July 2015 to July 2018 and previously worked as an Engineer at the Naval Avionics Center, specializing in weapons and avionics development and production. Rick holds a Master of Science in Engineering (MSE) in Systems Engineering from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
