Birute Tursa began their work experience in 2003 at NubyTech, where they held the position of Director of Operations and PR until 2006. In 2006, they joined Performance Designed Products, taking on the role of International Sales.

Birute Tursa attended Loyola Marymount University, College of Business Administration from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business.
