Reese Thompson is a Senior Estimator at Performance Contracting, Inc. (PCI), where they own customer relationships, manage a multimillion-dollar Boeing contract, and oversee teams on multiple projects. Prior to this, at Kiewit, they worked as a Field Engineer onsite at Boeing, where they scheduled construction projects and interpreted project plans and specifications. Reese is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management at Central Washington University.
