Hannes Linno is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and team management. Hannes currently serves as the Director of Software Engineering at Perforce Software since May 2021, following a role as Senior Manager. Prior to this, Hannes was the Head of Engineering at NEXD, where responsibilities included hiring talent, establishing development processes, and managing release and vendor tasks. Hannes co-founded hopitude.com, a SaaS solution in the fitness industry, and held various leadership positions at FCR Media Eesti, Playtech, and TeliaSonera. With an educational background in Business IT and Telecommunications from TalTech, Hannes has demonstrated a commitment to building high-performing teams and improving software quality throughout a career spanning over a decade.
